I've bought several of these kits now ... I keep making the mistake of loaning them to others and they rarely come back :-) although I have a grounding sheet these patches are my go to for acute pain and make a big difference to any ache or pain. They are also great if traveling as they don't take up much space. I recommend them to anyone who will listen.

It is a leap of faith but so far seems to be working beneficially for my sleep patterns and for my general well being.

I use the Qi-Shield and the Grounding mats, it is just a pity, I didn’t know these products earlier. Barefoot Healing has friendly staff and I got always prompt delivery.

I was a bit skeptical about the product, but I ordered it anyway to try. To my suprise, I felt earthing effect almost emmediately when I lay on the throw. It made me feel relaxed and I had a deep sleep. Earthing throw really works!

Since receiving my Earthing Mat I have found I am sleeping better & waking much more alert.

I purchased it as my knee was aching. It has not helped it at all.

I love my grounding chair mat. It fits my chair perfectly and it doesn’t slide as I thought it could. I now have a bed sheet and a mat and feeling calmer and have more clarity and finding myself more productive.

I like that this is very easy to use during the day or at night. I have troubles with my wrists sometimes and it helps for when I am chopping up vegies/writing etc.

What a great product! I have felt a huge reduction of inflammation in my shoulders and lower back, which were my target reasons for purchasing the earthing product. Our senior pug who also sleeps with us, suffers from arthritis in his hips & hind legs. After only a few weeks of using the mattress cover we have noticed he can move around more easily, even managing to jump up on the lounge. 5/5 Stars!

My daughter was suffering swollen joints in her ankles and Drs thought it was juvenile arthritis wanting to medicate her which I was dreading so we tried this sleep mat as a last resort, in only 1-2 weeks after using it her joint pain is gone! Got another one for my mum who had similar problems and sleep issues and she’s sleeping so much better and her arthritis is no where near as bad as before using the mat. Highly recommend!!

This is a replacement for an older Earthing Sleep Mat for my granddaughter. Although she is only 9, her mum says it makes such a difference to her well-being that she doesn't want her to be without it as the whole family sleeps Earthed as well as myself. I highly recommend sleeping grounded and wouldn't be without my sleep mat. Being grounded in this highly modern, technological world is so important today.

Have used the patches for 1 week now. Felt the difference on day 2. Less aches in upper right front thigh and right knee. Happy to continue using the patches until I have these 2 conditions under total control which I am certain will not be too long. Happy to recommend this product
