Sleeping grounded just got a whole lot easier with our new leatherette Earthing Sleep Mats.  Earthing the body has been shown, through research, to reduce inflammation, pain, stress and generates greater wellbeing while promoting a deeper and more refreshing sleep.

Our new Earthing Sleep Mats come in two sizes, single and full, and both are designed to place under any fitted bed sheet. The Sleep Mat is made of soft, hole-punched, 100% eco-friendly conductive carbon leatherette that feels great against the skin, is breathable and almost unnoticeable under your fitted sheet.

The amazing fact about these new sleep mats is that they require no washing, only a wipe down with warm water and or a mild soap periodically and you can still use your special linen.  This really makes sleeping grounded effortless and no fuss.

The conductive side of the mat is the smooth, leather-like material and should be placed facing up directly under your fitted sheet.  You use the straps to secure the mat directly to your mattress under your fitted sheet and connect to the earth port of your home with the grounding cord and non-electrical earth adapter plug.  You can also use the optional Ground Rod. 

The Double size Earthing Sleep Mat is designed for two people to for full body coverage and is suitable for Double, Queen and King Size beds.  The picture shown is on a Queen Size bed.  The Double Sleep Mat measures 54" x 72" or 138cm x 183cm.

The Single size Earthing Sleep Mat is designed for a single person for full body coverage when placed vertically on the mattress or to use at the bottom of the bed, horizontally, for two people and fits all beds up to a king size.  The Single Sleep Mat measures 27 x 72 inches or 68.58cm x 182.88cm

HOW DOES IT WORK WITHOUT DIRECT SKIN CONTACT?

People who have previously used our Earthing Sheets, where you needed to sleep on directly with bare skin contact, have asked, “How does this work when there is no skin contact?” 

The natural perspiration on your skin will build up, anywhere from instantly, 5 minutes, 20 minutes or even longer when you are lying in bed and depending upon individual circumstances.  This moisture layer acts as a conductor and creates a channel for the electrons to flow from the Earthing Sleep Mat and through the fabric of the sheet to you. The thicker your sheets and layers of clothing, the longer it may take.  You can test this with your Product Tester or a multimeter. When the green light comes on you know that the electrons are flowing through.  The quickness of the electron flow can also be slowed down if you are dehydrated or have oils and cream on your skin. If you are a heavy sweater the electron flow should be much quicker as earthing loves moisture.
